CCTV & Surveillance
We install both IP (network-based) and HD analogue CCTV systems from leading brands including Hikvision and Dahua. Whether you need a simple 4-camera retail setup or a 100+ camera multi-site system with centralised monitoring, we can design and deliver it.
Yes. All our IP CCTV systems support remote viewing via mobile app (iOS and Android) as well as web browser access. We configure this as part of the standard installation and provide guidance on how to use it.
Yes. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for all CCTV installations — covering preventive maintenance visits, fault diagnosis, camera cleaning and priority support. AMC pricing depends on the number of cameras and site complexity.
Networking
Yes. We design and install both structured LAN cabling and enterprise WiFi solutions. We work with brands including Cisco, Ubiquiti, and TP-Link for wireless, and handle everything from passive cabling to active switching, firewall setup and VPN configuration.

Our helpdesk operates 24x7 for AMC clients. Remote support tickets are typically addressed within 2–4 hours. On-site engineer dispatch is available within 24 hours under standard AMC, or within 4 hours under our priority SLA tier.
Our AMC plans typically include: scheduled preventive maintenance visits, priority helpdesk access (remote & onsite), hardware fault diagnosis and repair coordination, software updates and configuration support, and a dedicated account engineer. Plans are customised based on your infrastructure.
Yes. We offer ad-hoc / pay-per-incident support for clients who prefer not to commit to an AMC. However, AMC clients receive priority response, lower per-incident costs, and the peace of mind of scheduled preventive maintenance.
